Go here and sign this letter to Nancy Pelosi asking her to publicly support HR 1283, which would repeal DADT and replace it with a non-discriminatory policy. As of today 275 American soldiers have been discharged since Obama took office and that's 275 too many.

Still full of love for my iPhone. The girls are too, and sometimes I have to steal it back from them.

Most everyone has been sick all week, but we're all mostly better now- yay!

I've decided Mental is a pretty good show and not just for the hunky lead actor (Chris Vance) and the fact that it's got that chic from The 4400 in it (Jacqueline McKenzie.) Plus I got to watch David Carradine's last TV performance in it, it aired originally the week after he died. That was sad and sorta freaky.

I can't wait for Leverage and it's second season....July 15! And apparently the season 1 DVD set gets released the day before...

Last night was 'meet the teacher' night at the girls' new school. It's a brand new school and it's so pretty inside!! Lots of room and plenty of parking for the adults...lol. And there's an 'instructional kitchen'- I think that's so cool. But the best part? The bus stop is right at the top of our street....NOT up the street, turn right and walk up the long-ass, steep hill to the bus stop like this past year. And also the annoying kids from across the street *won't* be going to the same school and *won't* be able to ride the bus so I don't have to put up with them...lol.

Lindsey made me watch Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement and it turns out the handsome guy Anne Hathaway ends up with is played by Chris Pine....woot!
